Cancellation Policy
In case we received the written cancellation more than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the departure, we shall charge you the amount of US $450 each Passenger which is non-refundable.
In case we received the written cancellation within one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the departure, the cancellation charges shall be applied as follows:
Between ninety one (91) days and one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the departure, the cancellation charges shall be 50% of the total price.
Within ninety (90) days prior to the departure, even when the passengers absent during the voyage, the cancellation charges shall be 100% of the total price.
We may cancel the reservation and booked tickets if other Passengers hire the whole vessel, even that the Passengers have made full payment or non-payment or paid deposit only, and we shall refund such payments. Provided that we must notify you at least ninety (90) days prior to the departure
Children Policy
- Children under 6 years old sharing the same bed with her/his parent: The child receives 80% reduction from adult price.
- Children from 6 years old up to 12 years old receives 30% reduction from adult price.
- Children from 12 years old up will be fully charged at the adult price.
- Parents can only bring children under 6 years old on these occasions: Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year.

Day 1: Sai Gon - Sa Dec - Can Tho
Morning
7:30 - 8:00: A driver will pick you up from Saigon’s hotel (district 1 & part of district 3). We will move to the Gecko Eyes Private Cruise.
Around 11:30, we welcome our crews and captain with drinks, then we embark on the ship and check our rooms for our upcoming journey.
Our visit to the ancient traders’ villa and pagoda in Sa Dec, which stands out with French architecture outside but has Chinese elements inside.
Afterward, enjoy lunch onboard while navigating the Mekong River.
Afternoon & Evening
After that, our ship stops for travelers to have a short walk or bike ride through a rural village. Delve into the vibrant fruit orchards, admire the expanse of rice fields, and meet locals for unforgettable experiences.
Re-embarking on the cruise for dinner, the Gecko Eyes will dock at the river shore. Passengers will have a nice dinner and stay overnight on the boat.
Day 2: Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Sai Gon
Morning & Afternoon
Indulge in breakfast and a morning tea break while cruising on the Mekong River.
Today, we embark on a journey to the Cai Rang floating market via traditional long sampans. Let's witness a vibrant display of exotic fruits, vegetables, and locally crafted goods in this bustling area. You'll have the chance to engage with merchants on the boats for shopping and negotiation.
Day 1: Sai Gon - Can Tho - Sa Dec
Morning
7:30 - 8:00: A driver will pick up travelers who book the transfer service from their hotel (district 1 & part of district 3) to the Gecko Eyes Cruise in Can Tho.
Passengers embark on the ship at 11:30 and check the cabins. Later, we have a delicious lunch on board while navigating to Sa Dec.
Afternoon & Evening
During your downtime aboard the Gecko Eyes, indulge in your experience. Immerse yourself in the sun lounge and enjoy the vibrant views of the Mekong River.
In the mid-afternoon, we take part in a short visit to ancient traders' villas and temples in Sa Dec. Here, visitors have the chance to witness the magnificent architecture of the pagodas for hundreds of years.
Re-embark on the ship for dinner time. You'll enjoy dinner in the dining area before unwinding for the night aboard Gecko Eye.
Day 2: Sa Dec - Xeo Quyt - Can Tho
Morning
After a leisurely breakfast, our group will depart for Xeo Quyt, once a strategic northern army outpost during the Vietnam War. Now presents an ecological destination for visitors to explore mysterious forests and rugged landscapes.
Then we rejoin Gecko Eyes and transfer to Can Tho for the rest of the morning. Lunch will be served on board.
Afternoon & Evening
Take leisurely afternoon walks through a local village, deep into the vibrant rural landscapes adorned with fertile farmlands, verdant orchards, and the bustling daily routines of the locals.
Afterward, get back on the ship and enjoy your dinner, and free time in the evening on board.
Day 3: Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Sai Gon
Morning
Enjoy your breakfast accompanied by a morning tea break served on board as you marvel at the stunning morning ambiance of the Mekong River.
Embark on a long sampan and sail to the lively Cai Rang floating market. In this attraction, visitors can observe the colorful array of fruits, vegetables, and local goods being traded, and feel fascinated by the vibrant market.
Get back to the cruise for lunch while transferring to Saigon around 11:00. On the way, passengers enjoy lunch (only for those booking the transfer service) with a romantic view of the Mekong River from both sides.

Upon arrival at Saigon, approximately 16:30, drop off and end your tour.
- PROGRAMS & SCHEDULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE Tours with Mekong Eyes and Dragon Eyes start from Can Tho to Phnom Penh via Cai Be (on odd dates, e. g. Sept 1, 3, 5, 7 etc.) or from Cai Be to Phnom Penh via Can Tho (on even dates, e. g. Sept. 2, 4, 6, 8 etc.). Departures with Gecko Eyes are daily. If you are staying in Saigon, we will pick you up at your hotel (district 1 and parts of district 3) and take you to the pier. The drive to / from Cai Be takes about 2 hours, to / from Can Tho approx. 4 hours
